Edgar Maloverian

With more than decade of management and operations experience, Edgar "ets" Maloverian is founder and CEO of RandomConsult. Prior to starting this project he served nearly 4 years in Skype Technologies at different positions mainly in technical operations field. Outside computers his passion is photography and billiard games.

Jaanus Kivistik

Jaanus is the co-founder and CTO of Random. He has been involved in software development and server backend operations since the end of '90-s. His last employment was at Skype where he was involved for 5 years in several backend systems and network related positions, last being Siteops Coreservices Teamlead. Additionally Jaanus holds a Computer Science diploma from Tallinn University of Technology and is part-time graduate student. Outside work Jaanus plays a lot of tennis and tinkers with electronics and other technical gadgets.

OFFICE MANAGER

Tiina Pappel

Tiina keeps things under control and fills the office with positive energy. She loves organizing, achieving goals and working in little, effective and creative teams - before Random she had a refreshing 5 year era being designed and cultured by her two fantastic daughters. Between that and the studies in university, she spent three exciting years working in a small foundation managing the construction of Estonian brand-new art museum KUMU. Her passions are quantum physics, piano playing and she can absolutely not resist any high and skiable mountain.

SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Lauri Parm

Lauri (a.k.a. Friik) has been managing Linux servers for quite a while. On his spare time he is usually still behind the computer. Before Random he was managing servers for Elion. Hobbies include programming and reverse engineering datafiles for various games.

Tanel Unt

Tanel is the benjamin of the company. Being a software development frosh he felt that his job as a sales consultant at Enter ITM wasn't ambitious enough, coupled with a strong desire for knowledge and professionalism he became a junior administrator at Random. In addition to computers and programming Tanel enjoys spending his time on various sports, especially running and bicycling.
