Service consists of three parts vital for stable server operation:

Monitoring

We constantly collect lot of important information about about health and availability of your servers. Every potential or real problem is reported in 10 minutes or less, so we can inform you and act.

Maintenance

We prefer problem prevention to problem solving. The secret of really solid system is good maintenance, be it checking logs, keeping software up to date and patched or monitoring memory usage - we do it all to minimize the chance of unexpected problems.

Pricing

Currently we offer two packages with different guaranteed response times.

• Mission critical - best for public production servers, we act immediately and we guarantee, that any is taken under control in 90 minutes, be it hardware replacement or network configuration.
• Internal server - same as Mission critical, response time for non-business time is up to 12 hours.
